  • Does your gym have memberships?

No we do not offer memberships at this time. We are a private facility for athletes, teams, group fitness, one on one clients and trainers.

  • What sets your gym apart from others in your same field?

At the Athletic Performance Lab we believe that details matter and attention to the individual is necessary to optimize your success. We limit the number of people per session so that proper instruction can be given in order to maximize performance.

We believe that in order to unlock your full potential you must be mentally strong. We offer a seminar dedicated to mental toughness that will help take your game to the next level. Dominate your opponent well before the competition even starts by learning to make certain tools that are already inside of you work for you instead of against you when it matters most.

Our facility is small so we are able to manage the volume of clients that come in very easily. Because of this, it is much easier for us to maintain high levels of cleanliness and sanitation. We continue to abide by CDC health guidelines to ensure safety of everybody who uses our facility

  • What does it cost to train at your facility?

We have many different options for our athletes, teams and groups to choose from depending on their availability, number of athletes and frequency of training. We have something for everybody. Please contact us for pricing and more information on how we can help with an individualized approach.

  • Why a wolf? What does it mean?

Being "ALPHA" is too commonly associated and limited to the characteristics of physical dominance, intimidation and arrogance. My goal is to lead a movement that represents the idea of breeding a new alpha.

Being quietly confident as you work every day to improve yourself physically and mentally. Leaders are respected because of their relentless work ethic and ability to uplift and inspire others. I want to help develop individuals so that they can demonstrate aggression towards external threats but can temper their ferocity in favor of compassion, kindness and loyalty.

Always lead by example and let the masses continue with their loud, insecure announcements of status and power.

Wolves howl to assemble their mate and pups before and after a hunt, to warn them of danger and to locate them during a storm.

A wolf's howl is not a proclamation of anger or dominance but rather, the call of a leader that is gathering and guiding their pack.
